Who is Anguilla for?

Almost anyone who dreams of a quieter, more refined Caribbean.

Opening in January 2027, **ÀNI Shoal Bay** sits directly above the white sands and turquoise waters of one of Anguilla’s most celebrated beaches.

ÀNI is an exclusive-use private resort. When you stay here, the entire property is reserved for your group.

There are 15 beautiful ocean-view suites accommodating up to 30 guests, together with two pools, a Beach Club, spa, fitness centre, Kids Club, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a putting green and a huge choice of watersports. Twelve of the 15 suites are fully wheelchair accessible too.

This isn't simply renting a very beautiful villa. It is effectively having your own private Caribbean resort.
